There's no minimum project size. Hauling-only jobs go through Grateful Hauling and Delivery, with pricing based on volume.
Estate cleanouts and downsizing help in Gladstone, MO
Gladstone sits inside Kansas City on every side, but it's its own city. That matters the day you have a house to empty.
- Hauling since 2023
- We manage the vendors
- One point of contact
- Donation first
Kansas City's bulky pickup doesn't cover Gladstone
Kansas City offers free bulky item pickup, but only to addresses on Kansas City's trash service. Gladstone homes aren't on it. If you're handling a parent's Gladstone house from out of town, don't plan around the Kansas City program. Check with Gladstone for what its own service includes, then call us for the rest.
Donation is close by
Usable furniture shouldn't go to a landfill. Dustin donates to local shelters and thrift stores, and Gladstone is minutes from options like the Habitat for Humanity ReStore on North Oak Trafficway.
Who coordinates the work
Dustin Williams organizes your project and manages the vendors doing the physical work. He's been hauling since 2023 and also owns Grateful Hauling and Delivery.
When can you work?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday and Sunday are by appointment.
Can you clear a house if I'm not in town?
Yes. Plenty of families handle it from a distance.
A practical place to start
Tell us what needs to happen at the house.
You don't need to know which services to ask for. Tell us what's happening and where you need help.
