Is there a minimum job size?
There's no minimum project size. Hauling-only jobs go through Grateful Hauling and Delivery, with pricing based on volume.
Kearney's bulky trash pickup is a real help for a garage cleanup. For a whole house, it runs out fast, and it leaves the heaviest things behind.

During the city's bulky trash pickup, each household can set out up to four yards of items at the curb by 7am on its pickup day. Furniture, mattresses, and bagged debris are accepted. Appliances aren't, because Missouri law keeps them out of landfills, and neither are tires, hazardous waste, or yard waste. Check with the city for the next pickup dates.
A house being cleared almost always has a refrigerator, a washer, a dryer, and a freezer in the basement. Those are exactly the things the city's pickup can't take. We arrange hauling vendors and confirm which items they can accept.
Dustin Williams organizes your project and manages the vendors doing the physical work. He's been hauling since 2023 and also owns Grateful Hauling and Delivery.

Organization fees are $500 for small projects, $1,500 for medium projects, and $2,500 for large projects. Vendor charges and an additional fee calculated as a percentage of vendor charges are separate. You'll review the scope, percentage fee, and expected total before work begins.
