Hoarding cleanouts in Kansas City

A house that's filled up over years isn't a character flaw, and it isn't a job for a weekend. It's a lot of physical work, and it goes better with people who've seen it before and won't make anyone feel small about it. Dustin Williams organizes the project and coordinates the vendors doing the physical work, with your family setting the pace.

How we approach it

  1. We start where you want to start. One room, one hallway, or the whole house.
  2. We plan with your family before the vendors start. Identify paperwork, photos, and anything that needs to stay.
  3. Usable items go to local shelters and thrift stores.
  4. We coordinate hauling for what remains.

If you're calling for a family member

Most calls come from a son, daughter, or sibling. Tell us who lives in the home and who's making the decisions. If the person living there wants to be part of every choice, we'll work at that pace.

Before you get in touch

A few questions you might have

Have a question about your situation? Ask Dustin.

Do we have to clear the whole house at once?

No. There's no minimum, so we can start with one room.

Will you throw everything away?

No. Your family approves what stays and what leaves. Dustin coordinates donation and hauling vendors for the agreed items.

Are you insured?

Legacy Bridge's insurance covers project organization. It doesn't cover physical packing or moving work. Discuss the vendor's coverage before that work begins.

What areas do you cover?

The whole Kansas City metro in Missouri and Kansas.
