Home prep and repairs in Kansas City

An empty house still isn't a finished house. Before it can be listed, rented, or handed to the next owner, something usually needs fixing. Legacy Bridge manages the cleanout and repair vendors, so you have one point of contact as the house goes from full to ready.

Do I have to book a cleanout to get repairs?

No. Repair vendor coordination can be its own project.

What areas do you cover?

The whole Kansas City metro in Missouri and Kansas.

What repairs can you coordinate?
